It was the first time in a very long time that I have granted an interview, so be sure and listen to the replay of this broadcast while it’s still available.
James Artre Interview – Introduction
Content Strategist and CEO at Artre International, James Artre, is a marketing veteran with over 30 years experience to his credit. James started his career in marketing as supervisor of a direct-mail printing company, overseeing the day-to-day activities of marketing materials as they worked their way through the creation process and then on to the consumer.
Little did he realize at the time, that the numerous hours spent proofreading content were actually preparing James for his future career as copywriter, content strategist and consultant. James is perhaps one of the best-kept secrets in marketing, choosing to work behind the scenes as opposed to today’s “gurus” who prefer the limelight. As James states:
“I’ve never really been one to seek the limelight, I’d much rather help others shine a little brighter.”
James attributes this attitude of helping others to a quote he read in a book by the late great motivational speaker and author, Zig Ziglar, who said:
